赶紧戒掉了吧 我也一样的。现在在拼命努力 压制自己的手淫中。手淫多了 真的对 前列腺啊 尿尿什么的都有影响 尤其健康也是不好 生理和心理都不好的。多做身体运动 想想别的事情。专注于 自己的工作和学习上吧。都是自己的经验之说的 。自己也是1个月 没有手淫了 还在努力戒中呢  真的好难受。。
