没有太好的办法，有时候就是这样的

楼主可以多备用几个论坛IP地址，有时候某些地址速度慢时，但其它地址会很速度的

http://64.120.179.165/bbs/forumdisplay.php?fid=123（感觉使用其它地址速度慢时，改用这个地址速度会很快，但这个地址下载论坛附件时不推荐使用，容易

出现下载不完整的情况）
